I am the pianist for take3, I have been playing the piano for around 11 years. I am studying for my grade 7. I also play the saxophone and clarinet and have recently achieved a distinction in my Saxophone Grade 8, and I am now studying towards my diploma.

Currently, I play Tenor Sax and perform regularly in two Big Bands. I am also working on a solo jazz album which should be released later this year. Some of my main musical influences are Bill Evans, Chick Corea, Neal Hefti and Cannonball Adderley.

In the past, I have played Clarinet in a concert band and have been the lead alto sax in a Big Band, but currently mainly play tenor sax. I also arrange music for many types of ensembles all the way from big bands, to rock bands and everything in between. Recently, I played Reed 2 in The Wedding Singer and I am looking for more chances to perform in that sector to gain more experience in musical theater. Fun fact, I have also co-written a song that has reached over 10,000 streams on spotify alone!

Hello! I am Amelia, the bassist for Take3. I have known Leo since the days of primary school and we stayed close due to our shared love of music!

I have been playing guitar for over 5 years in various indie, rock and jazz bands as well as performing solo at multiple local venues. I am currently playing jazz guitar in a Music Academy Big Band. I have also been singing since I can remember!

Some of my notable performances include: playing and acting on the Globe stage, performing for the National Youth Theatre, being the lead in Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins and We Will Rock You, playing in a festival over the summer, and performing with Glen Hansard as a special guest in 2022!

Later this year I will be studying music at university specialising in voice, guitar and performance. I will also be releasing my studio album as songwriting is one of my great loves.

I am influenced by many styles of music and we like to bring an original flair to what we do!
